These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the wolfes.club mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What wolfes.club is (and is not)

wolfes.club is a digital platform that helps riders organize, discover, and participate in rides, communities, and events. wolfes.club does not provide transportation, riding instruction, mechanical services, emergency response, insurance, or safety guarantees.

All rides, events, and activities are organized and conducted by independent users. You ride at your own risk.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal riding age in your country) to use the Service. By using wolfes.club, you confirm that you are legally allowed to ride and to enter into this agreement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide

wolfes.club is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. Rides, Events, and Communities

wolfes.club only provides tools to help users:

• Create and join rides
• Communicate
• Track activity
• Organize clubs and events

We do not:

• Screen, verify, or endorse riders, organizers, or clubs
• Guarantee routes, weather, safety, or rider behavior
• Provide medical or emergency services

Participation in any ride or event is entirely at your own risk.

5. Safety and Tracking Features

Features such as live tracking, crash detection, SOS alerts, or location sharing are provided on a best-effort basis only. They:

• May not work in all conditions
• May fail due to device, network, GPS, or software issues
• Do not replace proper safety practices, emergency services, or personal responsibility

You agree that wolfes.club is not liable for any injury, accident, delay, failure, or loss related to these features.

6. PRO Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid PRO subscription.

By subscribing, you agree:

• Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You are responsible for managing your subscription through the app store or payment provider

wolfes.club may change pricing or features with reasonable notice.

7. Clubs, Events, and Payments Between Users

Some users may charge fees for club memberships, rides, or events. wolfes.club:

• Is not a party to these transactions
• Does not control the quality, safety, or delivery of events
• Is not responsible for disputes, refunds, cancellations, or damages

Any disputes must be resolved directly between users.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Break any laws while using the Service
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Post false, misleading, or dangerous content
• Use the Service to promote illegal or unsafe activities

wolfes.club may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations.

9. Content You Share

You retain ownership of your content (photos, messages, ride data, etc.), but you grant wolfes.club a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for what you post.

10. Maps, Location, and Data

wolfes.club uses third-party map and location services. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of routes
• Availability of navigation
• Precision of GPS data

Location sharing is optional and can be controlled in the app.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

wolfes.club makes no warranties about:

• Safety of rides
• Accuracy of data
• Availability of features
• Fitness for any particular purpose

You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wolfes.club and its founders, employees, and partners will not be liable for:

• Injuries, accidents, or death
• Property damage
• Lost data
• Missed rides or events
• Disputes between users

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where wolfes.club is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
