Wolfes Club — Motorcycle Pack Tracking App

You can request deletion of your Wolfes Club account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains the three ways to do it, what gets removed, and how long the process takes.

How to Delete Your Account

1. In the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Wolfes Club app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the prompt. Your account will be scheduled for deletion immediately.

2. By email

Send an email from the address linked to your account to support@wolfes.club with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the phone number or email you signed up with so we can verify your identity. We respond within 7 business days.

3. Using the form below

Submit the form on this page and we will process your request within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted:

  • Your profile, bikes, chat messages, and uploaded photos are removed within 30 days.
  • Your trip history is anonymized — your user ID is replaced with a generic "Former Rider" marker so that other participants' ride records remain intact.
  • Backups are purged within 90 days.
  • FCM push notification tokens linked to your account are deleted immediately.

What We May Retain

Some records may be retained longer where required by law or for safety reasons:

  • Payment and tax records (as required by applicable tax law).
  • Records related to safety incidents, SOS events, or abuse investigations.
  • Data we are legally required to preserve under a court order or regulatory request.

Deletion Request Form

Submitting this form opens your email client with a pre-filled deletion request. Send the email from the address associated with your Wolfes Club account so we can verify your identity.
