Community Guidelines

Last Updated: May 12, 2026

Wolfes.club is a community for motorcycle riders to plan trips, ride together, and share the road. These guidelines apply everywhere in the app — chat, trip and pack pages, profiles, photos, and any other content you create.

By using Wolfes.club you agree to follow these rules. We may warn, remove content, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that don’t.

1. What’s expected of you

  • Treat fellow riders with respect. Disagree, debate, give feedback — but no personal attacks.
  • Share accurate trip information. Routes, meeting points, skill levels, and timing should reflect reality so other riders can plan safely.
  • Ride within the law. Don’t use Wolfes.club to organise or promote illegal activity (street racing, riding without a licence, riding under the influence, etc.).
  • Respect privacy. Don’t share another rider’s phone number, address, location, or personal details without their consent — even if you got it during a ride.

2. What’s not allowed

We will remove content and may suspend or remove your account for:

Harassment, hate, and threats

  • Personal attacks, bullying, or intimidation.
  • Hate speech or slurs targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
  • Threats of violence, doxxing, or stalking.
  • Encouraging self-harm or suicide.

Unsafe or illegal activity

  • Organising illegal street racing, stunts on public roads, or rides intended to evade law enforcement.
  • Promoting riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Soliciting or coordinating any other illegal activity (drug sales, theft of motorcycles or parts, etc.).

Sexual or graphic content

  • Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content.
  • Sexual solicitation, including to minors (zero tolerance — accounts removed and reported to authorities).
  • Graphic real-world violence or gore outside a clearly newsworthy context. (Crash documentation for safety discussion is OK if not gratuitous.)

Spam, fraud, and impersonation

  • Repeated promotional content, link-spam, or bots.
  • Pretending to be another person, brand, or organisation.
  • Scams, phishing, or fake giveaways.

Misuse of safety features

  • False SOS alerts.
  • Sharing another rider’s live location with people outside their trip.
  • Using location data to harass, stalk, or harm someone.

Other prohibited content

  • Anything that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
  • Malware, exploit code, or attempts to break the platform.
  • Selling or trading accounts.

3. A note on chat

Wolfes.club chat is moderated. Common offensive words are automatically redacted before they reach other riders. This is a baseline — it doesn’t replace your judgement, and the rules above still apply to everything you say.

4. How we enforce

When we receive a report or detect a violation:

  • Minor first-time issues — we may remove the content and warn the account holder.
  • Repeated or serious violations — temporary suspension.
  • Egregious violations (threats, sexual content involving minors, doxxing, etc.) — immediate permanent removal, and where required, reporting to law enforcement.

We aim to review reports within 72 hours. For urgent safety issues, call local emergency services first, then email support@wolfes.club.

5. Reporting and blocking

  • Report content that breaks these rules: long-press a message → Report; or on a user profile → ··· → Report user.
  • Block anyone you’d rather not interact with: long-press a message → Block; or profile → ··· → Block. Manage your block list under Settings → Privacy → Blocked Users.

6. Appeals

If we removed your content or suspended your account and you believe it was a mistake, email support@wolfes.club with your account email and a short explanation. We’ll review and respond within 7 days.
